A 70,000 square foot full mechanical remodel including two replacement 110 ton air cooled Carrier chillers, a hydronic heating boiler, 7000 linear feet of chill water and heating water hydronic piping with over a mile of ductwork and 220 tons worth of air handling equipment.
Multi-building project consisting of a complete HVAC overhaul including two 100 ton Carrier air cooled chillers, a 15 ton multi-head Carrier VRF system, several Trane and Carrier package unit replacements, multiple heating coils, air and hydronic side test and balancing as well as full Energy Management System upgrades.

Multiple nights of overnight work removing and replacing both of the 225 ton water cooled Carrier screw chillers. Both BAC cooling towers and support structures were replaced and updated to accommodate the updated system serving the 160,000 square foot facility. Replaced two 50 ton air handlers and all associated chill water and heating water hydronic piping as well as control valves and energy management systems.
Complete mechanical installation of Daikin VRF systems and Trane rooftop package units with dehumidification controls as well as exposed spiral ductwork, unit heaters, fully integrated energy management system, and fresh air ventilation.
